Glam Bangla is an online shopping and sourcing platform based in Jhenaidah, Khulna, Bangladesh. These terms govern your access and use of our website, products, and services.

2️⃣ Account & Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete details (name, phone, address) when placing orders. Any false or incomplete information may delay or cancel delivery.
অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে।

3️⃣ Orders & Availability

All products listed on our site are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternatives or refund options.
সব পণ্য প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল। স্টক শেষ হলে বিকল্প বা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

4️⃣ Payment Policy (পেমেন্ট নীতি)

• 💵 Ready-stock items may be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
• 🌍 Imported products require 100% payment in advance for confirmation.
• 📦 Wholesale or China sourcing orders require a 2–5 K BDT deposit before processing.
• ⚠️ Deposits are non-refundable once sourcing or shipment begins.

Ready পণ্যের জন্য ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, ইম্পোর্ট ও হোলসেল অর্ডারের জন্য অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট আবশ্যক।

5️⃣ Delivery Policy (ডেলিভারি নীতি)

• 🚚 Local delivery: 2–3 business days (nationwide)
• 📦 Imported products: 10–15 working days (depending on customs)
• 🏙️ Delivery available in all 64 districts of Bangladesh
• 💰 Delivery charges vary based on location and product weight

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds (রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি)

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. The issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।

• ✅ Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• 🚫 Imported or customized items are not eligible for return.
• 💵 Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7️⃣ Pricing & Discounts (মূল্য ও ডিসকাউন্ট)

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Glam Bangla reserves the right to modify prices, shipping rates, or offers at any time without prior notice.
মূল্য ও ডিসকাউন্ট সময়মতো পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়া।

8️⃣ Sourcing & Import Terms (সোরসিং ও ইম্পোর্ট শর্ত)

Glam Bangla acts as a sourcing agent for China-imported and wholesale products. We ensure inspection, packaging, and shipment based on customer requests.
চায়না বা হোলসেল পণ্য সংগ্রহের জন্য গ্ল্যাম বাংলা মধ্যস্থ হিসেবে কাজ করে।

• 🧾 Full payment required before final shipment.
• ⚠️ Deposits (2–5K) are adjusted with total order value.
• 🛃 Delivery time depends on customs and logistics conditions.

9️⃣ Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
• Receive the product within the agreed timeframe.
• Avoid refusing confirmed COD orders — repeated cases may lead to account restriction.

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর পণ্য গ্রহণ বাধ্যতামূলক। বারবার অর্ডার বাতিল করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ করা হতে পারে।

🔟 Limitation of Liability (দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা)

Glam Bangla is not responsible for delays or losses caused by external logistics, courier companies, or customs authorities beyond our control.
তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে কোনো বিলম্ব বা ক্ষতির জন্য গ্ল্যাম বাংলা দায়ী নয়।
